mix tape club

i owe a couple people mix CDs on the floor. how about we organize a
mix CD club? i did this once with people across the country. every
week to two weeks, one person makes a mix for the entire club. points
are definitely given out for packaging design. i think it makes sense
to organize by theme... and to make it interesting. themes i could
cover would be [IDM/obscure electronic], [indie rock 101], [art rock],
and if i really had time and patience to work with my vinyl [mid 90s
hardcore punk/emo] from before the term emo was co-opted by ignorant
teenage weezer fans. i'd be interested in anyone who could make a
bluegrass mix, a folk/blues mix, a female jazz singers of the early
20th century mix, a new wave mix, a contemporary experimental classical
mix, etc...
